I have studied Fine Art for the last 3 years, 4 if you include my year prior to the degree. This is where I studied level 2 diploma in Art Photography. Since starting my journey, my vision and outlook on art has totally changed. I now see myself as an extended photographer,  a photographer that pushes all the boundaries and breaks all the rules! As a fine artist, I work with a multitude of media! I always start with a piece of photography I have taken myself and then this is expanded into Mixed Media or Multiple Exposure….or both!

As a photographer I like to push all the boundaries, working within mixed media arts, I very much see myself as an Expanded Photographer. I always start with an image I have taken myself, work this into multiple exposure photography and then take it to the next level, which is mixed media image transfer. I am inspired by colour and try to incorporate colours that are both harmonious and complementary, to bring a vibrancy to my work. Every colour has meaning, every colour has its own “feel” (depending on what colours are paired together, the “Feel” may vary dramatically).
